The popular Burger Cruiser is the epitome of cruising bliss. Burger is currently building a new Burger 50 Cruiser, which is available for immediate purchase. This new yacht is based on the success and popularity of the recently delivered Burger 48 Cruisers. She’s a powerful and luxurious aluminum yacht developed in conjunction with Vripack Naval Architects. The Burger 50 Cruiser features an exquisite interior designed by De Basto Designs. Powered by twin 600hp Volvo Penta D8-IPS800 engines and incorporating Vripack’s revolutionary Slide Hull, the Burger 50 Cruiser provides her owner a cruising speed of 26 knots and a top speed of approximately 31 knots in comfort. The interior features two ensuite staterooms, unobstructed views in the open salon/galley area, and exceptional exterior spaces for entertaining family and friends.

For generations, Burger has developed partnerships with yachting enthusiasts that have resulted in some of the most recognizable yachts in the world. When a potential owner engages with Burger, after conversations about the direction they have in mind, the first step is a Design Brief. The Burger Design Team will work with the owner to design and refine the dream into a plan that sets the course for the build, the vital first step in their adventure. From there, the work – and fun – truly begins. An owner will see their dream come to life step-by-step.

Often, Burger collaborates with yacht owners and world-renowned designers to bring a specific design to life. The perfect example is NORTHLAND, a 103’-6” expedition-style explorer yacht with a dedicated fishing cockpit. After being unable to find a yacht on the market that matched their vision, the owner worked with designer Luiz de Basto to design the custom yacht of their dreams. The finished yacht is a masterpiece of collaboration – between Burger, the owner and De Basto Designs. At NORTHLAND’s Christening ceremony, the owner turned to the Burger team and said, “Thank you for making our dream come true.” For the owner and their entire family, that moment was the culmination and beginning of an extraordinary journey.

Get inspired with a concept

When Burger first begins conversations with those interested in their own custom yacht, it often explores conceptual designs. The designs can spark a more specific idea, unique to the owner’s vision, or act as a springboard to a new build, using exacting designs and specifications that embrace the finest in engineering and construction.

The Burger Design Team has partnered with Gregory C. Marshall Naval Architects to design a number of concept yachts that get any yacht enthusiast thinking of the limitless possibilities available in custom yacht design. Designs include a 112’, 115’ and 122’ Raised Pilothouse Motor Yacht, a 122’ and 144’ Tri-Deck Motor Yacht, and many more, all the way to an ambitious 214’ masterpiece with lavish amenities, beach club arrangements and stunning spaces for entertaining.
