Recently, Founding Editor Bill Parlatore found himself on the hook in Teakettle Creek, Georgia. Armed with some free time and a book, Spitfire‘s captain sat back and planned to enjoy an evening of reading which was soon cut short by a devilishly hot lamp.
Armed with new knowledge, and some help from Kinder Woodcock at Imtra, Bill set out refitting Spitfire with what many believe to be the future of lighting both at sea and on the homefront – LEDs.
