Meet the Doggersbank 105. The flagship of the Offshore Series, the 105 retains the Dutch builder’s reputation for safety, comfort and experience and reframes it for a younger and more outdoor-oriented owner.

“The rejuvenated exterior brings modern design changes that include bigger windows in the wheelhouse, owner’s suite and crew portholes, as well as ‘beefed up’ exterior aesthetics,” says Joost Martens, Doggersbank Sales Director.

The 105 will accommodate eight guests in four staterooms, including a massive, full beam master stateroom that takes advantage of the 24-foot, 8-inch beam. A crew of six are split into three staterooms.

Special attention will be paid to sound attenuation for near-silent cruising. The builder has a target of a maximum of 50 decibels in the owner’s stateroom (at 80 percent engine load) and 42 decibels at anchor with the air conditioning running.

Her standard power package is owner’s choice of twin 600-hp., Tier III engines from John Deere or Caterpillar. Other standards include: Sleipner zero-speed stabilizers and proportional bow and stern thrusters; two large (55-kW or 60-kW) Northern Lights gensets; and a 200-kW Lithium-Phosphate battery bank which will allow the 105 up to 10 hours in silent mode.

On the flybridge, her plans show a six-person hot tub, room for a 20-foot-plus tender and a davit as well as space for toys and gear.

With 12,000 gallons of fuel on top, Doggersbank says the 105 will have a 5,000-nautical-mile range at 9 knots. Her top speed is 14 knots.
