The last two weekends in June are busy with antique and classic car shows in St. Ignace.
June 22–23: St. Ignace Antiques on the Bay Classic & Vintage Car and Truck Show
June 28–30: St. Ignace Car Show Weekend
Avoid visiting Mackinac Island in July. The island serves as the finish line for two major sailing events from Port Huron, Michigan, and Chicago.
July 14: Race starts from Port Huron
July 21: Race starts from Chicago
In August, the town of Hessel is the location for a popular wooden boat show.
