The Voyager 100 has wide side decks with high bulwarks (with further protection overhead via the flybridge), grab rails in all the right places, and a set of beefy windlasses on her foredeck.
She also has robust redundancies, including three backup steering units, two watermakers, and an electrical system backed by transformers, inverters, two 65-kW gensets and larger alternators on each of her Cat diesels. In addition, the numerous watertight compartments have their own pumps backed by crash pumps.
Hull No. 2 of the builder’s flagship has a four-stateroom layout, with a roomy salon and galley finished in warm teak. She is also equipped with crew quarters with twin berths and a dedicated captain’s suite on the Command Bridge.
The builder says that the 100 has an estimated 25-knot top end. Backing off the throttles allows her to really stretch: Marlow says there’s a 4,000 nm range at 9 knots and 3,100 nm at 10 knots.
