According to Beneteau, the Grand Trawler 63, formerly the Grand Trawler 62, specs are the same—she is just over 62 feet long and rides on a voluminous, full-body displacement hull that carries its 17-foot, 10-inch beam well forward.

Standard power is also retained, her 730-hp MAN engines will return speeds up to 20 knots and at 9 knots, a 900-nautical-mile range with a 10% reserve. Also like its predecessor, belowdecks layouts can be had with three or four staterooms.

Both exterior and interior styling have been refined and updated in a way that reflects the most recent launches from its Swift Trawler line. She’s a bit sleeker and has a completely redesigned helm based on the ST 54.

The boat retains the wide, walkaround side decks and voluminous alfresco spaces. She adds Sleipner Vector fins as standard equipment, with an optional Silent Boat package that includes solar panels, a lithium-ion battery bank and Victron SmartSolar system.
